Servicetechniker (m/w/d) Apple-Reparatur

in unserem COMSPOT Store Hoheluft!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bringst iPhones, iPads & Co. wieder auf Vordermann - dabei reparierst du ausschließlich Apple-Geräte
  • Du führst Diagnosen und Reparaturen mit höchster Präzision und Sorgfalt durch
  • Du analysierst und löst Hardware- und Softwareprobleme
  • Du erstellst kurze Angebote und Kostenvoranschläge, bestellst Ersatzteile und testest die reparierten Geräte anschließend auf Herz und Nieren

Dein Profil

  • Du begeisterst Dich für Technik und hast Spaß daran, Probleme zu analysieren und Lösungen zu finden
  • Du hast eine technische Ausbildung oder bereits erste Erfahrung in der Reparatur von Apple-Geräten; auch als Quereinsteiger*innen bist du bei uns willkommen, wenn du technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick mitbringst
  • Du hältst Termine und Absprachen zuverlässig ein und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kundschaft ihre Geräte schnell wieder in den Händen hält
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind uns für den Kundenkontakt wichtig (mindestens C1 Niveau erforderlich)

Gehaltsspanne

2.550,00 - 2.700,00 EUR brutto monatlich (bei Vollzeit, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung)
