Servicetechniker (m/w/d) für Smartphone-Reparaturen

Deine Aufgaben

  • Hands-on statt Hotline - Du reparierst Smartphones und andere mobile Devices führender Hersteller (z.B. Apple) mit Fokus auf Qualität, Präzision und Schnelligkeit
  • Fehler finden und Lösungen liefern - Du führst Fehleranalysen durch und bringst defekte Geräte wieder in Bestform
  • Direkter Kundenkontakt - Du berätst unsere Kund:innen freundlich und kompetent zu unseren Reparaturmöglichkeiten und Services
  • Teamspirit - Du gestaltest gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleg:innen den erfolgreich Start unseres neuen Repair-Points mit

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine technische Ausbildung oder erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Smartphone-, Tablet- oder Computerreparaturen; auch Quereinsteiger*innen aus anderen Fachgebieten sind bei uns herzlich willkommen, denn Können zählt bei uns mehr als Zeugnisse
  • Du bringst technisches Geschick, einen präzisen Blick fürs Detail und Spaß an Problemlösungen mit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind uns für den täglichen Kundenkontakt sehr wichtig
  • Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sicheres, sympathisches Auftreten. Ein Lächeln kostet Dich keine Überwindung
  • Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2) mit
