Servicetechniker (m/w/d) Smartphone-Reparatur

für unseren Reparatur-Service in Düsseldorf durchzustarten! Werde jetzt Teil des Apple, Google und Samsung autorisierten Servicepartners!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du reparierst Smartphones und Tablets verschiedener Hersteller, darunter Apple, Samsung und Google
  • Du führst Diagnosen und Reparaturen mit höchster Präzision und Sorgfalt durch
  • Du analysierst und löst Hardware- und Softwareprobleme
  • Du erstellst kurze Angebote und Kostenvoranschläge, bestellst Ersatzteile und führst Testläufe an den reparierten Geräte mit Leidenschaft durch

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine technische Ausbildung oder erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Smartphone-, Tablet- oder Computerreparaturen; auch Quereinsteiger*innen aus anderen Fachgebieten sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!
  • Du begeisterst Dich für Technik
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind uns für den täglichen Kundenkontakt sehr wichtig (mindestens C1 Niveau)
  • Deine Termintreue & strukturierte Arbeitsweise zaubert Deinen Kund*innen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht
