Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist Hauptansprechpartner*in für unser Apple Servicetechnik-Team
  • Du begleitest Einarbeitungsphasen mit und hast die Effizienz und Qualität der Reparaturen fest im Blick
  • Du hast den Hut auf, wenn es um die Einhaltung der Apple-Reparatur-Richtlinien geht
  • Du kennst den GSX-Bereich wie Deine Westentasche
  • Du stellst Materiallisten zusammen
  • Du förderst und stellst sicher, dass Deine Technik-Crew Über ein einheitliches Verständnis und Technik-Know-how verfügt
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Head of Sales zusammen

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich der Elektronik, IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • Du hast ein hervorragendes technisches Verständnis und verfügst über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Reparatur von Apple-Geräten
  • Du bist nicht nur ein Technik-Ass, sondern ein Teamplayer, der gerne sein Wissen mit anderen teilt
  • Du lässt auch anderen Standorten gerne ein gelegentliches "Hallo" da
  • Du hast einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gehaltsspanne

3.300,00 EUR - 3.600,00 EUR brutto monatlich (bei Vollzeit, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung)
