日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深耕下一代3D内容生成技术，探索图文生3D、部件拆分、智能拓扑、材质生成等前沿方向，突破传统3D创作边界； 2、攻坚3D几何和纹理表征学习核心瓶颈，构建统一高效的大模型基座，支撑多场景3D内容生成需求； 3、攻克3D结构稳定、布线规整、几何和纹理细节保真等技术难题，兼顾生成质量与效率，实现高质量3D内容的快速生成； 4、创新数据驱动范式，探索多模态数据融合技术，破解3D高质量数据稀缺行业痛点； 5、参与搭建大规模3D内容生成平台，支撑亿级用户的3D内容创作与消费需求； 6、加入字节跳动抖音直播AI团队，专注于3D AIGC大模型的前沿研发与业务落地，相关成果已在多闪App、抖音虚拟直播等场景大规模应用，服务亿级用户。

1、本科及以上学历在读，人工智能、计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编程功底，精通Python语言，熟练掌握PyTorch深度学习框架及高性能计算加速技术； 3、深入理解扩散模型、GPT等生成式模型原理，具备3D/图像/视频生成大模型研发经验，或有Unity/Unreal引擎实践经验者优先； 4、在计算机视觉、计算机图形学、自然语言处理或强化学习领域有深入研究，在SIGGRAPH/CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/ACL/ICLR/ICML/NeurIPS/TPAMI等顶会顶刊发表论文者优先； 5、拥有较强的问题分析与解决能力，对3D生成技术充满热情，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
