1、根据原画设计完成3D模型搭建，配合动作和战斗策划进行设计验证和优化； 2、根据性能规范完成多套分级资产； 3、根据引擎效果调试角色材质贴图效果； 4、根据原画设计提炼角色特征，整合风格，强化英雄特点； 5、理解美术风格特征，独立完成武器、英雄、皮肤、怪物等相关模型材质制作，资产落地进引擎实现效果。

1、3-5年角色3D模型工作经验； 2、熟悉PBR角色制作流程，具有一定的手绘功底； 3、美术功底扎实，具备优秀的审美能力与原创设计能力，对人体解剖、形体、服装褶皱有深入理解，并在基础上进行风格化归纳； 4、熟练使用3dmax、zbrush、substance等主流绘图软件，了解3D游戏美术工作流，熟悉3D游戏美术规则，熟练使用unity； 5、具备良好的沟通能力与自驱力，确保设计方案的落地效果，精准对接上下游团队，高效响应需求与反馈； 6、熟练掌握AI生成模型经验，熟悉AI模型辅助流程，熟练使用Tripo3D、混元等主流3DAI工具，对前沿技术有充分了解，愿意主动接受学习新事物；本科及以上学历，美术相关专业优先，对游戏美术有执着追求，具备较强的学习能力与创新意识，做事高效，责任心强。
