1、负责游戏内的角色、怪物、枪械等动作的骨骼蒙皮和动作设计与制作； 2、负责游戏内角色的战斗、休闲和展示的动作（镜头）设计与制作； 3、负责搭建角色状态机，上传动作资源进引擎并与策划联调角色的动作打击感及手感。

1、动画类专业，3年以上游戏动作工作经验，熟悉事物的运动规律，能较好的设计并制作出自然、流畅、合理的动作，熟悉运镜，有良好的镜头感； 2、对人物、机械、动物等骨骼设置熟悉，能够准确把握角色性格特征、动作的节奏、速度层次和打击力度； 3、熟练使用3DMax及CS骨骼，需有Unity3d引擎使用经验，至少参与过1款3D上线项目，ACT/射击/MOBA/ARPG项目优先； 4、有较好的沟通能力、理解能力，责任心强，善于学习与分享； 5、资深的ACT/射击/MOBA玩家优先。
