1、根据项目美术风格，负责游戏内英雄、BOSS等动作的设计与标杆制作，保证动作自然流畅、富有表现力； 2、负责人员管理、外包管理，进行动作资产的需求分解、审核与反馈，确保产出高效且高质量； 3、搭建并维护动画设计、制作、表情、动作捕捉、性能等相关规范文档； 4、负责动画资源的整理、上传、调试与管理，熟练运用Unity动画系统，了解动画状态机，与策划、程序协作联调，实现高品质动作打击感与角色手感； 5、关注动画生产流程中的痛点，结合Max、Maya、Blender等主流动画工具，推动动作捕捉数据采集、修正与精修流程。

1、5年以上游戏动作设计工作经验，参与过至少一款完整的游戏项目，有成功写实/风格化写实动作游戏项目经验加分，有爆款3D动作游戏经验加分； 2、对运动规律、动画原理、Pose造型、构图等动画理论有深刻理解，能抓住角色性格特点进行动作设计； 3、熟练使用Unity引擎，掌握Unity引擎动画模块基础功能，能使用Max进行3D角色动作制作，能独立完成角色，生物，场景和特效道具的骨骼绑定，熟悉表情动画、物理解算等解决方案； 4、具备动作捕捉及动作捕捉数据精修经验，关注AI动画技术并能结合到工作中使用； 5、有良好的沟通协作能力，有较强的学习和总结能力，热爱游戏、动画及影视等艺术作品，有IP开发经验和影视动画经验加分。
