1、输出脸部、头发、服装的验收标准及规范，把控3D美术风格和质量，提升美术竞争力； 2、配合TA完成Shader及材质开发，完成引擎内的标杆； 3、审核外包提交的角色资源，指导外包制作，保证外包资源符合项目标准； 4、积极与协作同事沟通，保证制作方案最终还原或超出设计效果。

1、美术相关专业毕业，3年以上3D美术设计相关工作经验，熟悉次世代及手绘的制作流程及方法，至少参与过1款以上完整的3D项目开发； 2、对于脸部、头发、服装等模块具备深厚的美术功底和造型能力，出色的审美能力，敏锐的色彩感觉； 3、有一定引擎实时渲染基础，了解Unreal或Unity引擎的基本知识，可以和TA配合进行一些shader及材质开发； 4、有较强的自我学习能力，能通过自学掌握新技术、软件、引擎并运用到实际工作中； 5、熟练掌握Maya、MD、Xgen、Unreal、Metahuman等软件。
