团队介绍：字节跳动 Seed 团队成立于 2023 年，致力于寻找通用智能的新方法，追求智能上限，为科技和社会发展作出贡献。 Seed 团队在 AI 领域拥有长期愿景与决心，团队研究方向涵盖 MLLM、GenMedia、AI for Science、机器人等，在中国、新加坡、美国等地设有实验室和岗位。目前，团队已推出业界领先的通用大模型以及前沿的多模态能力，支持豆包、即梦、TRAE 等超过 50 个应用场景，并通过火山引擎开放给企业客户。第三方数据显示，豆包 App 用户量在中国市场排名第一，豆包大模型日均 Token 调用量行业领先。

1、3D生成任务处理和模型训练：参与3D生成相关研究项目，设计并实现高效的3D生成算法；负责模型训练方案的设计与实施，持续优化模型性能；跟踪前沿技术动态，将最新方法引入实际系统；探索物理仿真与生成模型的融合，支持刚体、铰链等物理属性的可控生成；研究大规模3D场景的语义布局与结构一致性生成；探索3D生成、理解与重建的统一建模范式，挖掘生成模型对3D语义、几何及空间关系的内在表征能力；与工程团队紧密配合，推动研究成果的系统化落地； 2、3D数据处理：处理和分析多种类型的3D数据，开发高效的处理工具与算法；构建面向物理仿真的数据标注流程，覆盖材质、质量、碰撞等物理属性；支持场景级数据的分块、层次化管理与高效渲染；建设用于生成-理解联合训练的多模态数据集，涵盖几何、语义、实例及关系标注；持续维护和扩充3D数据集，建立完善的数据质量管理机制。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、电子工程、图形学、计算机视觉等相关专业； 2、具有扎实的3D视觉基础，熟悉3D生成与重建技术，有相关项目经验者优先；工程能力强，能够独立完成项目开发与优化；具备图形学背景，熟悉3D渲染与建模技术者优先；有Blender、Maya、C4D、ZBrush等建模软件或Unity、UE等引擎使用经验者优先； 3、熟练掌握Python或C++，熟悉PyTorch、TensorFlow等主流深度学习框架；具备良好的算法设计与工程实现能力，能够独立攻克复杂技术问题； 4、具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与团队成员有效协作；具有创新思维和解决问题的能力，能够在技术研究中提出新颖的解决方案；具有良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读和撰写技术文档和论文。

加分项： 1、在3D生成、重建或物理仿真方向发表过高水平学术论文； 2、具有AR/VR相关项目经验； 3、具有GPU编程与性能优化经验（如CUDA）； 4、在计算机图形学、计算机视觉或机器学习领域持有专利。
