日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：TikTok是一个覆盖150个国家和地区的国际短视频平台，我们希望通过TikTok发现真实、有趣的瞬间，让生活更美好。TikTok在全球各地设有办公室，全球总部位于洛杉矶和新加坡，办公地点还包括纽约、伦敦、都柏林、巴黎、柏林、迪拜、雅加达、首尔和东京等多个城市。

1、负责3D资产质量的抽检与验收工作，对标注团队产出的3D资产MOS评分结果进行采样审核，确保标注输出达到项目质量标准； 2、搭建、梳理并统一3D资产质量评估标准与规则（GUIDELINE&SOP），推动内外部标注团队对评估维度和评分标准达成一致理解； 3、参与3D资产渲染图的多维度质量评估（如几何完整性、纹理清晰度、材质真实感等），识别资产缺陷并进行分类标注； 4、跟进抽检中的问题案例，推动校准对齐会议（CALIBRATION），协助处理标注团队的质量争议与申诉流程； 5、维护项目质量追踪文档，记录抽检数据与质量趋势，定期输出质量分析报告，为项目优化提供数据支持。

1、本科及以上学历在读，3D动画设计、数字媒体艺术、计算机图形学、视觉传达设计、游戏设计等相关专业； 2、专业课程中涉及3D建模相关内容优先，熟悉Blender、Maya、3ds Max等至少一种3D建模软件，了解基本的3D资产质量标准（拓扑结构、UV展开、纹理贴图等）； 3、拥有良好的英语和中文听说读写能力，能够理解英文标注指南和SOP文档； 4、每周保证实习5个工作日，可以保证至少3个月； 5、有较强的沟通能力、灵活应变能力、学习能力，责任感强。
