1、负责字节跳动A/B实验平台功能优化与科学实验文化推广； 2、贴合国际化广告业务实验特点，制定产品策略与发展规划； 3、负责产品需求分析、功能设计、原型制作、项目推进，与数据科学、技术、交互等团队紧密协作，推动产品从概念到上线的全过程； 4、深入调研用户实验痛点，持续优化产品体验，提升用户实验效率、实验准确性和实验体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计、数学、信息技术及相关专业优先； 2、数据驱动意识强，结果导向，有强烈的好奇心和思考自驱力，热爱从现象到本质的思考； 3、良好的洞察能力和数据敏感度，善于从日常体验和数据逻辑推理中发现问题，并快速定位到问题根源； 4、熟悉数据的埋点设计和查询处理； 5、有数据驱动产品的经验，热爱数据分析类工作，有推荐相关产品经验，数据驱动，用户增长的产品经验同学优先； 6、能无阻碍阅读国外各种A/B实验相关的论文。
