1、探索将LLM和Agent等GenAI技术在广告领域落地，构建业界领先的Agent产品，在广告助手、电商导购、线索留资等关键领域通用的Agent大幅提升广告效率、效果； 2、后训练优化：应用和创新后训练方法，如微调、强化学习变体或数据增强，以提升推理能力，提升模型在问答、推理、工具使用等能力的表现； 3、深度应用LLM相关技术栈：多模态RAG、Reasoning RL、Reward System、Agent产品构建和评估，为用户提供智能交互产品体验。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、后训练专业经验：对LLM/MLLM相关后训练技术，包括微调、RL有实践或创新优化相关经验； 3、Agent领域经验：对长上下文、Agent Memory、多轮工具使用、Agent垂直场景问答、Tool Use、Browser Use、Deep Research等领域有深度实践和理解； 4、系统评估：对LLM/Agent相关Reward/Eval System有实践和理解； 5、对基模智能边界提升、多模态RAG、强化学习、Agent等前沿技术有持续跟踪和理解。
