1、设计和优化高并发、高可用的的离在线出价系统，在业务复杂度、广告库存、流量持续增长的背景下，保障出价系统的稳定运行； 2、理解强化学习、生成式算法在出价场景的应用，设计并参与开发面向海量调控轨迹的强化学习、生成式出价算法架构。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、有扎实的编程能力，深入了解C++/Golang/Java等至少一门编程语言； 3、熟悉Linux操作系统和开发环境，有良好的数据结构、算法基础和系统设计能力； 4、具备出色的分析问题、解决问题能力，拥有较强的生产系统分析和调试能力； 5、善于沟通，工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力； 6、有搜索引擎、广告投放系统开发经验者优先；有高并发、分布式系统开发经验者优先。
