团队介绍：Ads Core 是抖音集团广告业务体系中负责交易机制与智能决策的核心技术团队之一。

我们面对的是一个超大规模的商业化经济系统：一端是广告主和商家，希望在可控成本下获得订单、GMV、线索、用户增长和长期生意增长；另一端是抖音等产品中有限而高价值的用户流量。Ads Core 要解决的问题，是预算从哪里来、流量给到哪里，以及如何让每一次商业流量分配都更接近客户增量、用户体验和平台长期收入的共同最优。

团队覆盖出价与竞价、归因与信号、自动化投放、流量机制、激励增长等关键方向，通过机器学习、因果推断、强化学习、机制设计和大规模工程系统，把客户经营目标转化为平台可理解、可执行、可优化的交易决策。

技术上，Ads Core 处在超大规模、高并发、强约束的真实交易系统中。我们需要在每天海量请求里完成预算分配、实时出价、归因度量、自动化决策和流量机制优化；也需要在客户目标、用户体验和平台长期收入之间做多目标建模与系统决策。这里会持续产生因果归因、强化学习、机制设计、长期价值建模、大规模在线实验、实时工程系统等高难度问题，并要求算法能力真正落到线上交易链路和业务结果中。

1、参与抖音产品的广告全场景、全链路优化，包括召回/粗排/精排/混排各模块的整体优化，构建业界领先的下一代广告投放系统； 2、在超大规模在线深度学习框架下，结合前沿技术，持续优化CTR/CVR/DeepCVR模型精度，持续提升预估能力天花板； 3、在海量广告候选下，进行召回/粗排模型及链路优化，结合服务/素材等不同投放标的，不断优化链路漏斗效率； 4、参与混排/长期价值建模/人群转化渗透/用户体验等业务策略前沿探索，促进各端的全面提收； 5、深入激励/新样式互动等特色业务场景，设计并落地模型、策略一体化方案，推进业务全面快速发展。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、机器学习和模式识别等相关专业优先； 2、优秀的编程和算法能力，熟悉和精通C++/Python等编程语言，熟悉常见的数据结构和编程算法； 3、扎实的统计学习，深度学习理论基础，在一个或多个领域有深入的研究或实践经验； 4、具备较强的算法设计和建模能力，熟悉机器学习、数据挖掘、NLP、图像、多模态、大模型、数据分析、分布式计算至少某一方面； 5、具备优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战的问题充满激情，具备良好的主动性和求知欲，具备良好的沟通协作能力； 6、有国际顶级会议/期刊论文、有GitHub开源作品等公开成果、曾获Kaggle/ACM等算法比赛奖项优先。
