1、负责字节跳动国内竞价广告（抖音/今日头条等App）的客户侧投放优化，深入解决客户投放问题； 2、建设下一代广告自动化投放系统，包括投放Agent、创编决策引擎、生成式模型数据流等； 3、深入参与广告自动化工程框架设计、开发，解决自动化业务场景下的工程问题。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉C++/Golang/Python中的至少一门编程语言； 3、优秀的编码能力，有扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 4、做事追求极致，有强烈的好奇心和进取心，自驱力强，深入了解业务。
