1、基于前沿技术，包括机器学习/深度学习、强化学习、LLM以及ScalingUp，在复杂的商业化场景中引领全球先进广告投放系统/模型的研发； 2、优化整个广告漏斗的效率，涵盖召回与粗排、精排（点击率/转化率）、素材生态、样式/创意个性化以及系统资源分配； 3、建立和完善系统框架与标准，提升效率&长期价值，同时满足不同垂直业务的多样化需求； 4、与全球市场的产品和业务团队合作，最大化影响力以及追求TikTok全球广告收入的持续提升。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机科学、统计学、运筹学、应用数学、物理学专业优先； 2、拥有以下一个或多个领域的实践经验：机器学习、深度学习、统计模型和应用数学方法； 3、扎实的编程技能，精通C/C++和Python；熟悉基本的数据结构和算法； 4、熟悉大数据系统，包括Hadoop和Spark； 5、熟悉至少一种主流机器学习编程框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch/MXNet）的架构和实现； 6、对新技术有好奇心和创业精神。

加分项： 1、在自然语言处理/计算机视觉/推荐系统领域有论文发表（例如，在RecSys、KDD、ICML、NeurIPs、CVPR等会议的论文列表、研讨会、口头报告等）； 2、具备大语言模型（LLM）相关实践经验者优先。
