日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：广告核心团队在不同的广告投放阶段建立关键的变现机制 1. 我们建立排序、出价、预算、样式、诊断和其他框架，作为中台，使其他广告团队能够并行迭代他们的产品。 2. 我们实施流量策略，在用户体验的约束下实现收入最大化，实现广告主受众的完全探索。 3. 我们的模型驱动自动化解决方案从头到尾优化广告投放性能。

1、负责国际化原生广告经营能力建设、效果优化负责，对原生广告收入和效果负责； 2、了解广告主经营行为，有一定平台经验并基于客户反馈形成经营指导，推进产品GTM； 3、推动技术、运营、平台等相关团队及合作部门完成产品高质量上线，达成产品目标； 4、及时了解行业趋势和市场动向，推动行业动向的创新和新方向的落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备成熟的团队协作能力、数据分析，策略产品设计工作，具备项目管理能力； 3、逻辑思维缜密、工作细致有耐心、沟通良好、勇于挑战、善于分析和解决问题、良好的自我管理能力； 4、有较强的沟通和理解能力，具备较强的数据敏感度和分析能力，有独立分析和解决问题的能力； 5、英语能支持工作场景沟通。
