1、参与AI搜索中台的基建能力建设，参与RAG知识库构建、Agent编排、Agent评测、Agent/Tool/Skill/Data市场、内容安全、Agent可观测等平台能力建设，支持公司内部业务快速搭建AI搜产品能力； 2、参与搜索平台能力建设，以搜索效果质量保障和研发效率提升为目标，构建抓取评估、安全干预、诊断大师、负面案例管理、数据飞轮等产品矩阵，为抖音搜索、豆包搜索、AI抖音、今日头条搜索等业务线提供一站式接入服务； 3、深度参与AI在搜索场景的工程化落地或者模型调优，包括但不限于机评Agent、智能归因Agent、平台AI Coding等建设； 4、建设AI时代的搜索平台架构，利用AI技术构建开发者生态，保障性能与稳定性，提供通用、低成本的平台接入能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、有扎实的编程能力和良好的代码习惯、数据结构和算法基础； 3、能熟练使用一种编程语言，包括不限于Golang、Python、Java、PHP、C++、C；熟悉MySQL、Redis、MQ等常用Web组件，并了解基本原理； 4、关注LLM和Agent相关技术，对新技术有热情；关注用户体验，能够积极把技术转化到用户体验改进上； 5、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分，具备强烈的求知欲及优秀的学习、沟通能力。
