1、测试Agent开发：负责测试相关Agent和相关套件工具的设计与开发工作，使其能高效应用于火山引擎平台的质量保障体系，涵盖对不同测试场景（如功能、性能、兼容性等）的适配，以提升整体测试效率与准确性； 2、协同AI测试策略制定：深度介入火山引擎官网平台质量保障工作，与团队协作制定并推进AI相关的测试策略、计划及方法；确保测试Agent与整体测试流程紧密协同，有力保障平台产品的高质量交付； 3、质量体系创新建设：积极投身火山引擎质量体系建设，探索质量Agent领域的创新技术与方法；结合质量要求与官网业务需求，提出前沿的Agent范式，推动测试流程向自动化、智能化迈进，全面提升测试效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程等相关专业； 2、需要对大模型有深入理解，熟悉LLM、技术原理与应用方法，有Agent系统设计与实现经验；了解Memory机制、RAG、工具调用、规划执行等Agent关键技术，有相关实践经验； 3、熟练掌握Python/Java/Go等至少一门编程语言，精通计算机基础技术，熟悉测试流程、质量保证方法、目标及常用工具，并能在Agent开发与测试工作中灵活运用； 4、需具备：在测试工具开发过程中实际应用AI技术或拥有丰富的Agent系统设计与实现经验；在顶会发表过相关论文或有开源项目贡献者优先； 5、拥有To B相关产品或云服务产品的质量保障经验者优先，熟悉此类产品的测试特点与Agent应用场景者优先。
