团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

1、负责广告、生活服务、电商场景的商业安全模型运营，支持模型结构设计、数据工程、模型训练迭代、模型效果评估等全链路工作，保证业务需求稳定交付；负责Autope、Auto Workflow、Multi Agents、类Manus等原子能力构建，系统输出实验认知，并应用在解决成熟业务问题上，协助团队共同攻克业务治理瓶颈； 2、灵活应用传统文本、计算机视觉、图网络等相关模型，及各模态大模型与新型生产工具，掌握系统实验方法，持续突破模型准召天花板，兼具经营思维，擅长选ROI最优的解，沉淀认知并抽象业务范式，平衡治理需求与业务增长需求； 3、与跨业务线产品运营、算法团队合作推动项目进展，了解并持续跟进大模型技术原理，支持团队专利沉淀，在各业务场景治理效果、效率上持续领跑行业。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学/计算机/人工智能等工科专业优先； 2、有模型训练、基模优化、模型效果评测、机审&人审流程设计类工作经验者优先； 3、有机器学习基础，对大模型技术有深刻认知，掌握算法在机审和人审场景的应用方法； 4、熟练掌握SQL、Python，乐于主动学习新技术，能够基于数据独立分析业务问题； 5、具备较强的逻辑思维和问题拆解能力，善于沟通协作，愿意挑战复杂问题。
