日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与理财服务系统建设，结合AI能力获取市场热点资讯、生成内容，并对复杂投资信息进行个性化解读，打造兼具专业性与易懂性的智能理财助手； 2、参与营销增长系统建设，引入字节跳动生态流量，支持多样化营销玩法，利用AI赋能热点运营、素材生产、活动创新等场景，以技术推动业务增长； 3、参与理财系统建设，挑战高可用、资金安全与风险防控等金融级技术难题，借助AI提升系统设计、研发效率和风险识别能力，打造稳定可靠的技术底盘。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、自动化、数学相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的服务端开发基础，熟悉常见后端技术栈、数据结构与算法，具备良好的工程实现能力； 3、对AI技术有热情，愿意主动使用AI提升研发效率、拓展能力边界，并探索业务创新机会； 4、对金融、理财或用户增长方向有兴趣；有营销、行情、交易等相关项目经历者优先； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与产品、运营、研发等多角色高效配合； 6、具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，乐于面对挑战，能够在复杂场景中持续推进问题落地。
