1、AI Agent系统架构与研发：负责AI分身智能体的服务端核心系统设计与开发，涵盖任务规划、对话管理、长短期记忆、工具调用及多Agent协作编排，支撑分身在直播互动、聊天、评论多场景下的复杂决策与多任务并行； 2、大模型应用与效果优化：围绕LLM构建Agent推理链路，负责Prompt工程、RAG知识检索增强、上下文管理等核心能力建设，结合用户反馈与交互数据持续迭代对话质量与交互体验； 3、Agent工程基础设施建设：参与Agent开发框架、评测体系、可观测性等基础设施建设For Harness，提升团队整体研发效能与系统可维护性。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业； 2、扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握Go/Python/Java中至少一门语言，具备良好的数据结构与算法功底； 3、对大语言模型（LLM）及AI Agent技术栈有浓厚兴趣，了解Transformer架构、Prompt Engineering、RAG、Function Calling等核心概念； 4、熟悉分布式系统设计原理，了解微服务架构、消息队列、缓存、数据库等基础组件； 5、具备良好的学习能力和工程素养，能够快速掌握新技术并应用于实际业务； 6、良好的沟通协作能力，具备独立分析和解决复杂问题的能力。

加分项 1、有LLM应用开发经验，如基于LangChain/LlamaIndex等框架构建Agent系统； 2、有多轮对话系统、任务型对话、对话状态管理相关项目经验； 3、在AI/NLP相关竞赛或开源项目中有突出表现； 4、有高并发、高性能服务端开发实践经验； 5、对AIGC、数字人、实时互动等方向有深入探索和思考。
