团队介绍：负责字节跳动国际化业务方向的数据 BP 工作，业务版图覆盖国际化场景下的短视频、直播、电商等板块。我们以数据高效驱动业务增长为核心使命，深度扎根各业务条线，以数据体系建设为根基、业务目标达成为导向，为业务方提供专业、稳定、高效的数据服务与架构解决方案。工作内容聚焦海量数据的治理与深度应用，需对产品全链路数据进行复杂且精细化的分析挖掘；既可以深耕大数据产品的迭代优化，探索前沿技术的落地实践；也能够凭借对产品的深度洞察，将数据能力转化为实实在在的业务价值，实现个人成长与业务的突破。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、作为团队成员，深度参与数据BP业务场景下Agent产品的前端架构设计与功能实现，探索AI与用户界面的深度融合； 2、负责构建与LLM交互的前端基础设施及链路编排，结合Prompt Engineering，实现复杂长程任务在前端的流式输出（Streaming）、状态管理和工具调用（Tool Calling）链路的可视化； 3、参与基于前端侧的Agent/Multi-Agent交互框架搭建，推动前沿Agent技术（如基于浏览器的自动化执行、端侧大模型能力集成）在实际数据产品中的快速落地； 4、探索并优化大模型产品的用户体验（UX），构建针对AI交互的评估与监控方案，量化模型输出在前端展示的稳定性、响应速度及可用性。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备出色的前端编程能力，精通HTML/CSS/JavaScript，深入理解并熟练使用TypeScript以及React/Vue等主流前端框架； 3、熟悉Vercel AI SDK、LangChain.js等大模型应用的前端生态框架，有实际的生成式AI产品（如RAG、Chatbot、智能助手）前端研发落地经验； 4、了解CoT、ReAct等典型Prompt Engineering技术，并能理解Agent调度逻辑，配合后端完成复杂意图识别与UI组件的动态生成； 5、熟悉Node.js及其应用生态（如Next.js），具备一定的BFF（Backend for Frontend）开发经验，熟练掌握流式传输（SSE、Fetch API）、WebSocket等实时通信技术； 6、对AI技术有强烈热情，有开源项目贡献经验，或在GitHub上有高质量的AI Web/前端Agent相关项目者加分。
