团队介绍：小荷健康是字节跳动旗下的医疗健康品牌，我们致力于利用大模型技术，探索医疗健康服务的新范式，孵化了“小荷AI医生”app，为用户提供专业的健康咨询服务。小荷健康拥有专业的医学和互联网产研团队，认真探索AI医疗。

1、在抖音、今日头条、小荷健康等App内，负责全端医疗AI医疗卡体验优化和医疗大模型首轮对话，带动垂类业务增长和用户体验； 2、改进基于深度学习、端到端生成式的搜索系统，覆盖从候选挖掘到召回、粗精排、多目标融合全链路技术环节，迭代优化端到端生成式搜索，探索Agent在医疗搜索的应用； 3、探索通用搜推技术的上限，并结合LLM、Harness落地在搜推及chat化场景； 4、通过SFT、DPO、RM优化、RL训练提升各场景模型回答质量，探索如何利用海量的用户反馈信号及体验构建端到端医疗生成大模型，优化个性化回答能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、拥有坚实的数据结构、算法和计算机网络基础，至少熟练掌握Golang/Java/C++其中一门语言； 3、熟悉Linux开发环境，对代码质量追求简洁与可维护性；对缓存、消息队列、负载均衡、分布式存储、分布式事务的架构原理有深入理解和实践； 4、有大模型相关工程实践经验（如开发过AI Agent、搭建过RAG系统、熟悉Eino/LangChain4j等框架）优先； 5、对大模型技术（LLM）有浓厚兴趣，能够持续追踪最新的论文和技术动态，在开源项目、技术竞赛（如ACM/ICPC，Kaggle）中取得优异成绩优先； 6、乐于接受新事物，对AI医疗领域有改变世界的渴望，具备较强的自驱力，能在快速变化的环境中保持专注，拥有良好的团队协作意识，能和产品、算法、前端不同角色沟通协作。
