团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、评测体系构建：与产品、算法、工程团队紧密协作，梳理通用Agent业务场景与评测需求，参与覆盖全生命周期的数据建设与评测体系构建，确保评测解决方案高效可靠，为Agent模型迭代提供有效的数据与评测支撑； 2、高价值任务研发：深入典型岗位与复杂业务流程，设计具有专业深度和能力区分度的评测任务，并开展实验验证，也能协同行业专家，共建专业任务库与评价标准； 3、模型能力边界研究：系统分析Agent在高难度、长流程任务的表现，识别关键瓶颈，形成有证据支撑的能力洞察与优化建议； 4、评测工程环境构建：能够借助AI编程与自动化工具，独立搭建评测工程环境，完成工具接入、任务运行、结果采集等工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，金融、经济、法学、市场营销、数学、物理、电子信息、数据科学、计算机等专业背景均可，具备微电子与集成电路、自动化、机械电子工程、电气、能源动力、水利水电等专业背景； 2、至少熟悉一种编程语言，有较强的独立编程能力加分，有Agent Benchmark建设经验者优先； 3、了解数据、评测、模型效果之间的关系，能主动思考高质量数据、高质量评测集需要满足的特点； 4、自驱力和学习能力强，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作与统筹能力，具有一定项目管理与自动化提效经验优先； 5、可实习三个月以上，每周实习5天。

加分项 1、在半导体材料、算子优化、芯片设计、EDA、嵌入式研发、水电、光伏、风电等领域有实践经验。
