团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、负责AI-Agent项目设计与交付，参与基于豆包大模型的AI-Agent/Workflow设计、搭建与调优，掌握Agent行为轨迹行机制，保障项目高质量落地； 2、Agent效果评测与迭代，基于评测数据对Agent效果进行归因分析，定位负面案例与能力短板，制定并推动迭代优化策略，持续提升Agent在业务场景中的表现； 3、Agent提效工具建设，牵头团队Agent提效项目，面向To B-Agent、数据标注、数据评测等业务场景，设计并落地提效工具链，对业务效率指标（周期、成本）直接负责； 4、Agent通用编排能力沉淀，基于LangChain/LangGraph/Skill/Workflow等框架，设计并实现Agent编排方案，沉淀可复用的通用Agent工具与能力组件，赋能多业务线复用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、具备一定的编程能力（Python优先），有脚本工具开发或数据处理经验者优先；具有To B-Agent开发经验以及大模型数据项目经验优先，能够独立承担项目任务并完成交付任务，了解Agent自动化评测方法，有搭建评测Pipeline经验者优先； 3、精通Agent编排框架，熟练使用LangChain/LangGraph中至少一种，理解其图执行、状态管理、记忆、工具调用机制；有自研或深度二次开发经验者优先； 4、逻辑清晰，具备较强的问题拆解与自驱学习能力，对Al有高度热情并愿意持续深入探索。
