1、参与字节跳动亿级DAU产品端智能服务端研发，建设高可用、高并发服务架构，保障业务链路稳定； 2、参与大模型端云协同方案的探索，优化资源调度，协同移动研发工程师完成业务落地； 3、通过Agent技术实现解决方案自动化迭代，覆盖特征工程、模型训练、策略优化、部署观测的完整流程。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、通信和电子信息科学等相关专业优先； 2、掌握C++/Go/Python中任意一门后端开发语言，了解常用开发框架与基础组件； 3、了解MySQL、Redis等常见存储/缓存系统的基本使用方法和原理。

加分项： 1、理解LLM原理，具备Agent系统设计与落地经验，关注Agent上下文管理、状态维护与效果评估，能持续提升智能体执行效率与可靠性； 2、了解本地大模型部署与推理框架，对模型量化、加速或推理优化有一定实践经验或认知； 3、具备大数据处理、分布式系统相关课程或项目经验，对高并发、高可用系统有基本认识。
