1、参与Agent创作型产品的规划与迭代，围绕C端用户的内容创作、信息获取、任务执行等场景，深入理解内容创作者的工作流程，通过判断、效果定义、Agent评测与模型选型，完整推进0-1Agent技术方案落地； 2、关注Agent技术在产品中的落地方式，如Skill Hub建设、自进化技术、Memory个体记忆等方向，探索更自然、高效、可控的体验； 3、持续体验和分析国内外AI产品、Agent产品、AI创作工具及内容社区产品，输出产品分析、用户洞察和产品改进建议； 4、结合用户调研、社区反馈、数据分析等方式，持续发现C端用户在AI创作场景中的真实痛点，推动产品体验优化和功能迭代，挖掘AI Agent能够提升创作效率和内容质量的机会。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、信息管理、交互设计、传媒、新闻传播、心理学等相关背景优先； 2、对Agent、大模型应用有较强兴趣和基础理解，了解工具调用、任务规划、工作流、多轮对话、RAG等概念，有相关项目实践者优先； 3、有内容创作经验者优先，包括图文、视频、社区运营、AI辅助创作等，能够理解创作者真实流程和痛点； 4、对C端产品有敏锐用户意识，长期使用或研究内容社区、创作工具、AI产品，对用户体验、产品逻辑和市场变化有自己的观察； 5、对AI行业动态保持关注，愿意主动体验新产品、新工具，能对AI Agent、AI内容生成、AI工作流等方向形成结构化分析； 6、具备良好的基础素质，好奇心强、学习快、表达清晰、逻辑性好，能在产品、技术和内容交叉的问题中主动思考并推进。
