日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责互动视频/游戏相关AI算法的研发与落地应用，聚焦AIGC基础模型在互动视频/游戏场景的适配与创新，包括世界生成、剧情分支智能推进、用户与系统的互动行为实现等； 2、高质量互动影游相关数据挖掘、清洗与对齐，探索游戏剧情、角色动作、玩家交互等多维度数据的自动合成方法，结合Self-Instruct等技术优化数据质量，支撑模型训练； 3、全模态大模型（文本、图像、语音）的Post-training算法研究，探索多模态感知与交互能力在互动影游场景的边界，实现剧情、角色、玩家行为的精准匹配与响应； 4、结合LongCoT/RL等技术实现互动影游AI Agent的全链路自主探索学习，探索Agent与游戏剧情推进、玩家交互目标深度融合的学习方式，提升游戏交互的自主性与趣味性； 5、结合互动影游业务场景，将AI算法技术转化为线上产品功能，赋能游戏研发、剧情生成、玩家交互等环节，服务广大互动影游创作者与玩家。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机/软件工程/人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、在计算机视觉、机器学习算法方向一个或多个细分领域有研究/实践经验，包括但不限于以下方向： 1）多模态生成与交互理解：如文本To图像/视频/3D生成和编辑，以及其他相关的多模态经验； 2）有强化学习结合大模型落地游戏场景的经验，有剧情智能生成、虚拟角色交互、游戏AI逻辑设计等相关经验优先； 3）熟悉扩散模型、GAN、Transformer等生成式模型，具备将生成模型应用于业务场景的实践能力； 4）具备模型训练经验，熟悉AIGC、LLM、RLHF等技术； 3、动手能力强，具有熟练的算法设计和编程能力，熟悉C/C++和Python编程，掌握TensorFlow、PyTorch等深度学习框架； 4、工作积极主动，能与团队融洽合作相处，同时能够独立完成研究工作； 5、每周出勤至少4天，可实习4个月以上。
