1、负责生活服务场景下的数据模型策略与Agent产品设计，深入业务场景，识别影响经营表现的关键因素；从技术视角进行问题拆解，完成策略方案与需求设计，并联合研发、数据、产品运营等团队持续迭代； 2、作为连接业务与技术的桥梁，深度沉淀生活服务商家经营最佳实践，将SOP抽象成可复用的Agent Skill模块；推动经营知识变为模型可理解的上下文，为智能经营托管提供基座； 3、参与Agent评测体系建设，定义核心评估指标，设计标注评测规则并与实验方案形成数据闭环，持续提升策略及Agent的准确性、可解释性和智能体验； 4、推动AI能力与商家经营场景深度结合，探索大模型、AIGC、Agent在经营诊断、智能分析、策略推荐与效果复盘等场景中的应用，建设面向商家的智能经营Agent能力，最终实现自动化托管。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、数学、数据科学、经济学等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉大模型/Agent/机器学习/数据挖掘等领域的基础理论与前沿应用，理解Agent工作机制、算法策略、A/B实验设计与模型评测方法；有大模型应用、Agent产品、智能分析、搜广推系统相关项目经验者优先； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力与结构化思考能力，熟悉SQL/熟练使用AI数据分析工具，能够独立完成指标拆解、问题分析、实验效果复盘；有经营及归因分析经验者优先； 4、具备清晰的逻辑表达和文档撰写能力，对经营诊断、智能决策领域有浓厚兴趣，能够将复杂业务问题抽象为指标、策略与产品方案，并推动跨团队协同落地；自驱、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协作与执行推动能力。
