1、负责抖音客户端场景体验问题诊断分析工作，围绕抖音客户端性能、交互问题完成问题根因分析； 2、负责App性能体验问题主动挖掘，包括不限于启动、流畅性、资源占用、播放卡顿等，打造极致的短视频APP体验； 3、参与构建智能测试Agent（专家智能体），探索利用LLM实现自动化诊断分析、方案推荐等前沿场景落地； 4、负责测试中台能力的智能化升级，引入业界先进的AI测试技术，推动从“自动化问题分析”向“智能化”的演进； 5、对产品提出改进建议以建立极致的用户感受，对项目提出改进建议以提高项目整体效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、熟悉iOS/Android平台特性，了解有功耗、网络、内存、IO、资源利用率等优化经验者优先； 3、有性能优化、基础框架、framework等经验者优先，有业务背景且对技术深度追求者优先； 4、能熟练使用App监控工具，基于监控工具挖掘系统性优化方案，支撑体验问题定位和解决经验者优先； 5、对大模型（LLM）应用开发有热情，了解LangChain、AutoGPT等框架或有相关Demo实践经验者优先。
