团队介绍：国际化广告质量与效能技术团队致力于构建覆盖广告生态全链路的质量保障体系，并通过技术驱动效能提升，业务范围涵盖广告管理平台、投放系统、审核系统、转化归因及相关基础设施等。

1、负责国际化广告业务的应急响应、稳定性保障等场景的Agent开发，建设对话机器人中的信息检索、内容创作、记忆管理、任务执行等核心能力； 2、深度参与Agent在质量保障场景中的AI应用落地，负责上下文工程、工具调用设计、知识检索、任务拆解、多轮交互等方案设计与实现； 3、解决Agent工程化过程中的关键技术挑战，包括超长任务可靠性、执行链路稳定性、系统成本控制、异常恢复与结果可验证等问题； 4、持续优化模型迭代依赖的训练基础设施、人效工具和评测闭环，推动Agent从Demo走向可在线上稳定运行的生产级系统； 5、与研发、产品、算法、SRE、数据等团队协作，将一线工程师的排障经验、质量策略和业务知识沉淀为可复用的智能系统能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数学等相关专业优先； 2、计算机基础扎实，熟悉数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等基础知识； 3、熟练掌握Go/Python/Java/TypeScript/C++等至少一门编程语言，具备良好的代码实现能力和工程习惯； 4、对大语言模型、AI Agent、RAG、Prompt Engineering、工具调用、模型评测等方向有兴趣或实践经验； 5、有好奇心、自驱力和负责人意识，愿意面对线上真实复杂问题，并持续追问本质。

加分项 1、有AI Agent、LLM应用、RAG、智能问答、自动化工作流等项目经验； 2、有稳定性、AIOps、智能排障、日志分析、监控告警、故障归因相关实践经验； 3、有工程项目、开源项目、竞赛获奖或高质量实习经历； 4、能熟练使用AI工具辅助编码、排障、文档理解和方案设计，并能对AI输出进行判断、校验和优化。
