1、面向即梦Dreamina创作Agent，负责Agent Harness的系统优化能力建设，提升Agent在线执行效率、稳定性和成本效率； 2、围绕多轮Agent调用链路，优化LLM请求组织、上下文复用、Prompt Cache、Token使用效率和长上下文性能； 3、负责TTFT、吞吐、TPM、延迟、成本等指标分析，建立Agent链路性能诊断和优化机制； 4、探索模型路由策略，根据任务类型、上下文长度、延迟要求、成本约束和效果目标，动态选择合适模型与调用方式； 5、参与LLM serving、模型部署、推理服务管理和调用链路优化，提升多模型、多工具Agent系统的整体稳定性；建设Agent运行日志、链路追踪、性能监控和问题归因能力，支持线上快速定位和持续优化，与算法、模型、工程和产品团队协作，将Agent系统优化能力落地到即梦真实创作链路。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计等相关专业； 2、熟悉大模型Agent、Tool Use、Function Call、多轮对话、任务规划、工作流编排中的一种或多种技术； 3、具备良好的算法实验能力和问题抽象能力，能够从复杂创作场景中提炼可优化的技术问题； 4、熟悉Python，具备良好的实验实现、数据分析和效果评估能力； 5、对LLM/VLM、多模态生成、AIGC创作产品或Agentic产品有浓厚兴趣； 6、主动积极，有创业精神，具备良好的沟通协作能力和问题解决能力。
