1、负责抖音搜索和AI抖音等后端开发工作，包括搜索产品功能迭代、服务端架构设计、链路优化和用户体验提升； 2、参与搜索场景下的大模型应用探索与落地，通过PE工程、RAG、模型调用链路设计、效果评估、后训练等方式，将LLM能力应用于搜索业务场景，提升搜索产品体验； 3、参与搜索Agent能力建设，围绕多轮对话、任务拆解、工具调用、Workflow编排、上下文管理等方向，支持面向具体搜索业务需求的Agent应用开发与效果优化； 4、参与AI工程提效方向建设，结合研发流程中的编码、测试、评估、配置、问题诊断等场景，探索并落地AI Coding、自动化分析、智能辅助决策等能力，提升团队研发效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信、电子信息、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络等基础知识； 3、熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于C/C++、Python、Go、Java，具备良好的编码习惯和工程实现能力； 4、具备优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对复杂业务问题进行合理抽象、拆解和建模，并推动方案落地； 5、对LLM/Agent技术有浓厚兴趣，了解大模型应用开发的基本范式，如PE工程、RAG、Function Calling、Workflow编排等； 6、有LLM应用开发、AI Agent、搜索系统、服务端工程等相关项目经验者优先。
