1、协助开展Android、Linux及嵌入式系统层性能优化，负责端侧模型配套资源调优，涵盖内存管理、CPU/NPU/GPU调度等模块； 2、分析全链路运行问题，优化系统响应与时延表现； 3、使用Perfetto、Systrace、TOP、内存分析等性能工具，排查卡顿、资源异常、调度异常等问题，并输出分析结论与复盘报告； 4、跟进前沿技术，配合开展端侧大模型、智能体（Agent）的调研与验证工作。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、熟悉Android、Linux或嵌入式系统基础，理解内存管理、I/O、GPU/NPU等系统资源运行机制； 3、具备一定的系统性能分析与问题定位能力，能够使用常见性能分析工具进行数据采集、瓶颈判断和优化验证； 4、熟悉C/C++、Java/Kotlin、Python中至少一种语言，具备良好的工程实现与脚本分析能力； 5、对AI、模型推理优化、异构计算或智能体技术有兴趣，有相关调研或实践经验者优先。
