1、面向智能硬件产品，基于视觉、音频、运动及设备状态等多模态传感器数据，构建第一人称、长时间、连续的多模态记忆库，完成用户经历、行为和环境信息的感知、理解、关联与结构化表达； 2、设计记忆系统，对海量多模态记忆进行组织、压缩和挖掘，支持多层级记忆检索、跨模态记忆检索、时空关联检索及上下文召回； 3、深入挖掘用户长期记忆，提取兴趣偏好、行为习惯、生活规律及场景特征等高维信息，为搜索、推荐、交互和个性化服务提供基础能力； 4、构建和优化多模态理解与记忆模型，利用模型识别重复、低价值及冲突记忆，提取关键事件与重要信息，提升记忆生成、压缩、关联、检索和更新的准确性与效率； 5、结合具体硬件形态和产品需求，完成算法方案设计、原型开发、工程集成、效果评测与性能优化，推动多模态记忆能力在产品中稳定交付和持续迭代。

1、硕士学位及以上，人工智能、计算机、自动化、数学等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉深度学习和多模态模型，理解视觉、音频、文本及时序数据的建模方法，具备模型训练、微调、评测和优化经验； 3、在多模态感知、第一人称视觉、长时序建模、视频理解、行为识别、意图识别等方向具备相关项目经验； 4、熟悉向量检索、跨模态检索、信息抽取、知识图谱或用户画像等相关技术，能够设计面向海量记忆的组织与检索方案； 5、具备从数据构建、模型训练到效果评测的完整实践经验，能够针对冗余记忆识别、关键记忆提取、记忆关联和用户特征挖掘等任务构建并优化模型； 6、能够熟练使用主流Coding Agent辅助代码开发、工程集成、测试与部署，推动模型能力高效、稳定地应用于实际产品；具备较强的问题分析、跨团队协作和技术沟通能力，能够围绕产品目标推进算法、软件、硬件及数据等环节协同交付。

加分项： 1、有智能眼镜、可穿戴设备、机器人或其他多模态智能硬件的产品落地经验； 2、有长视频理解、第一人称数据集、多模态记忆系统或大规模向量检索系统的开发经验； 3、有端侧模型部署、推理加速、功耗与存储优化经验； 4、有已上线产品或规模化用户场景中的算法迭代经验，能够结合线上数据持续评估和优化算法效果。
