1、达人内容全链路治理与生产把控，对达人生态和热点了解，关注、喜欢看达人内容；负责短视频、评论、达人脚本等多形态内容的打标评估工作，把控内容合规性、植入自然度与用户吸引力，有较好内容创意与创新能力，有脑洞、有网感；能把营销想法落到实处，为达人提供内容建议与指导，确保达人交付的大纲、脚本、视频符合要求，丝滑、有创意； 2、善于整理分析归纳，结合内容打标聚类，建立产品评论及内容的治理规则并有持续迭代与标准更新的能力，保障内容质量与用户体验； 3、达人与账号运营支持，协助完成达人账号治理、健康度预估与达人内容维护，把控账号与内容调性；定期完成评论区内容调优、信息流素材更新、站内内容播报等运营工作，保障业务日常推进； 4、数据结算与复盘优化，核对发布内容数据、播放量及结算金额，确保数据准确；定期回扫已发布内容，完成数据复盘与统计，输出优化建议，为业务策略调整提供支撑； 5、跨业务协同与创意支持，参与热点洞察、脑暴创意类项目，能高效输出内容方向与创意想法；内容感知力强，具备优秀的网感，能精准判断内容质量、用户偏好与传播潜力。

1、本科及以上学历，广告学、市场营销、新闻传播学、广播电视学、广播电视编导、戏剧影视文学等相关专业优先，具备1-3年多类目内容质量把控、编辑或MCN经验者优先； 2、1年以上用户运营工作经验，熟悉手机App如社交类、娱乐类、AI类、音乐类等产品推广逻辑，有营销标杆案例的加分，需提供合作达人量级、曝光量级、创意点、数据等证明； 3、关注各平台热点、达人营销趋势变化，快速迭代工作方法，能应对达人临时改期、内容违规等突发情况，及时调整方案； 4、工作严谨细致，能适应多线程工作，主动沟通与学习能力，具备强沟通能力，能灵活对接外部代理、内部产品团队、媒介团队，高效解决合作中的问题，以品牌声量和认知为目的，主动推进合作落地，确保达人营销效果最大化。
