团队介绍：产品研发和工程架构-Seed 团队深耕大模型技术在场景中的创新应用，负责多款AI产品的工程研发 —— 包括豆包、飞书、豆包工作、豆包爱学、Gauth、猫箱等创新产品，覆盖消费级与企业级多个场景。我们致力于将大模型能力从 "生成内容" 推进到 "完成工作"，让 AI 服务用户日常与企业协作。你将面对多模态交互、工具调用可靠性、企业级数据安全等真实工程挑战，与团队一起推动 AI 生产力落地。

1、参与飞书AI相关产品及功能的设计与研发，将用户需求快速转化为可使用、可验证的产品能力； 2、负责或参与前端交互、后端服务、Agent编排、工具调用、知识连接和内容生成等模块建设； 3、建设AI应用所需的评测、可观测性、权限、安全和稳定性机制，持续优化质量、延迟和成本； 4、使用AI辅助调研、设计、编码、测试和调试，通过快速原型和用户反馈持续推动产品迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、编程基础扎实，熟悉Python、Golang、Java、C/C++、JavaScript/TypeScript等至少一门语言； 3、具备前端、后端或客户端任一方向的开发基础，并愿意根据产品需要拓展技术边界； 4、了解大模型应用开发，对Agent、RAG、工具调用、工作流编排或评测体系有实践或浓厚兴趣； 5、深度使用AI工具，能够审查、验证和修正AI产出，具备较强的产品意识、独立判断、执行力和主人翁意识。

加分项 1、独立开发过AI产品、个人工具、开源项目、课程项目或其他可运行作品； 2、欢迎通过「作品」入口，分享一项最能代表你的AI产品或项目，例如Demo、GitHub、产品方案或设计稿节选、可运行应用等；请简要说明解决的问题、个人贡献、AI方案、验证结果及一次关键迭代，帮助我们快速了解你的能力长板（作品可使用公开或已脱敏的材料，无需提供完整源代码、未公开数据或商业敏感信息）； 3、如未在投递阶段分享产品，我们将通过限时项目作业（Take-home Project）在面试前考核你的AI产品/项目设计与落地能力； 4、有从需求分析、产品设计到开发部署和用户验证的端到端实践； 5、熟悉主流前后端技术、云服务、数据库、工程部署或AI应用评测； 6、对交互体验敏感，能够在产品价值、实现成本和技术复杂度之间做出合理取舍。
