1、参与面向国际市场的AI原生办公产品研发，打造能理解需求、调研分析并交付专业内容的智能任务体验； 2、设计多Agent协作、任务规划、工具调用、知识连接、内容生成与事实校验等核心能力； 3、建设可扩展的后端、评测和安全机制，在快速迭代中将想法转化为真实用户价值。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、编程基础扎实，熟悉Python、Golang、Java、C/C++等至少一门语言； 3、了解大模型应用开发，对Agent、RAG、工具调用或评测体系有实践或浓厚兴趣； 4、深度使用AI工具，具备强好奇心、主人翁精神和成长型思维；有AI产品或开源实践者加分。
