Seed 团队在 AI 领域拥有长期愿景与决心，团队研究方向涵盖 MLLM、GenMedia、AI for Science、机器人等，在中国、新加坡、美国等地设有实验室和岗位。目前，团队已推出业界领先的通用大模型以及前沿的多模态能力，支持豆包、即梦、TRAE 等超过 50 个应用场景，并通过火山引擎开放给企业客户。第三方数据显示，豆包 App 用户量在中国市场排名第一，豆包大模型日均 Token 调用量行业领先。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与大模型Agent能力的建设，包括但不限于：规划与执行（Planning/Execution）、工具调用（Tool-Use）、记忆（Memory）、反思与自我修复（Reflection）； 2、建设面向Agent的评测能力，将Benchmark（如SWE-bench、Tau-bench等）工程化为可持续迭代的评估集与指标体系，并将评测结果闭环到框架与策略优化； 3、支撑RL训练闭环与工程优化，参与RL训练相关工程链路设计：采样、打分/奖励、回放、训练、验证与发布，推动训练与评测一体化； 4、负责建设支撑Agent框架落地的工程运行与验证体系（Engineering Harness），包括工具协议、执行环境、行为验证、结果校验、过程追踪、失败恢复与安全约束等能力，推动Agent从能力原型走向稳定可用的工程系统。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、对语言大模型、多模态大模型、智能代理Agent技术以及大模型的部署流程有基本的了解和认识； 3、具备熟练的Python/Go语言编程能力和良好的编程习惯和代码管理能力； 4、熟悉服务端基础技术，包括但不限于HDFS、Ray、消息队列等，能够高效地进行后端服务的开发与维护； 5、熟悉业务目前主流的Benchmark，如SWE-bench、Tau-bench等；了解大模型RL训练基本概念与流程（采样、Reward、On-policy/Off-policy、稳定性与成本权衡），能够与算法团队高效协作推动落地； 6、熟悉Coding Agent在编码、调试、实验迭代与框架开发中的使用方式，并理解Engineering Harness的关键设计原则，能够搭建覆盖验证、规范、执行边界、反馈闭环与稳定性保障的Agent工程系统。
