日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与团队STEM方向（物理、化学、生物、材料等）大模型项目，负责训练与评测数据的处理、清洗、构造和质量分析； 2、负责Agent RL训练数据的构建，包括任务设计、环境搭建、奖励与验证机制设计，以及rollout数据的分析； 3、设计并实现面向STEM场景的Agent，包括工具接入、Harness搭建与改进，提升Agent在科学任务上的表现； 4、对接外部数据供应商与领域专家，参与数据采购的需求定义、标准制定和交付验收，把控数据质量； 5、为模型和Agent设定科学、可靠的评测方案并测试，分析负面案例，发现现有模型的问题，为后续算法迭代提供可靠依据。

1、本科及以上学历在读，有STEM相关专业（物理、化学、生物、材料等）背景优先； 2、热爱大模型/Agent技术领域，日常对AI相关产品和工具有较高使用频率，对大模型能力边界有自己的判断和思考； 3、具备良好的编程与Agent开发能力，熟练使用Python进行数据处理，可完成CLI适配、Harness改进等基础开发任务；有RL或Agent训练数据相关经验者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力和较强的跨领域学习能力，能够快速理解不同专业背景专家的工作内容并建立有效协作； 5、能保证每周至少实习4天，持续实习6个月以上的同学优先。
