1、参与站外风险感知系统核心能力的研发，包括信息采集、风险事件识别与分级，提升风险发现的覆盖率和及时性； 2、建设基于大语言模型的Agent应用，帮助产品、运营和审核团队更高效地获取风险信息、完成风险处置； 3、建设评测和指标体系，用数据驱动模型和策略的持续迭代； 4、与产品、数据科学和风险运营等团队协作，把站外发现的风险转化为站内的识别和处置。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、电子与计算机工程等相关专业； 2、扎实的编程能力，熟练使用Python、Golang、Java中至少一种语言，有良好的工程习惯； 3、有研发实习经历，或有完成度高的科研项目、开源项目； 4、做过大语言模型Agent相关的实习、科研或开源项目，面向公司内部或外部用户均可，项目有真实用户使用者优先； 5、熟练使用AI编程工具，学习能力强，能主动拆解问题并推动解决； 6、良好的英文读写能力，能阅读英文资料并与国际化团队协作。
