1、参与AI Chat Bot产品及Agent核心能力研发，围绕多轮对话、上下文管理、记忆、检索增强和工具调用等方向，构建稳定、可迭代的大模型应用； 2、参与Agent效果调优，基于用户场景和问题分析，迭代提示词、上下文组织、记忆与检索策略、模型选择和执行流程，提升对话质量、一致性、任务完成效果与安全性； 3、参与评测与实验能力建设，沉淀评测集和典型问题案例，结合运行日志、用户反馈、离线评测与线上实验，验证方案效果并持续迭代； 4、参与性能与成本优化，通过上下文精简、缓存、模型路由、调用链路及并发策略优化，在保障效果的前提下降低响应时延与模型调用成本； 5、与产品及相关研发团队协作，推动能力在真实业务中落地，结合业务需要，参与训练数据建设、模型后训练效果验证及应用集成。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础和编程能力，熟练掌握Python、Go、Java、C++等至少一种编程语言，具备良好的代码质量意识、问题定位和工程实现能力； 3、具有Agent或LLM应用相关的实习、科研、开源或实际项目经验，参与过具体模块的设计、实现或优化； 4、理解大模型应用的基本机制与能力边界，对提示词与上下文管理、工具调用、检索增强、记忆或Agent执行流程中的一个或多个方向有实践，能够围绕实际问题分析并改进方案； 5、具备良好的实验与数据分析意识，能够通过评测、日志和用户反馈迭代产品效果；对AI产品有持续兴趣，具备主动学习、沟通协作与快速迭代能力。

加分项： 1、有模型后训练相关经验，包括训练数据构建与质量分析、监督微调、偏好优化、强化学习等实践； 2、有对话系统、Agent评测、记忆与上下文优化、模型路由、推理或调用成本优化等实践。
