日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责TikTok直播相关的数据分析工作，方向包括看播体验产品侧优化、主播生态等； 2、负责业务方向的指标体系设计，负责搭建对应的监控体系和异动分析； 3、利用统计科学方法，进行有效科学的效果评估，包括A/B实验、因果推断等； 4、深入理解业务目标，利用数据挖掘形成分析洞察，找到潜在优化方向，为业务决策提供数据支持；配合产品/推荐工程师/研发，推进优化落地； 5、探索归纳分析方法论，研究数据科学理论，推进数据产品的迭代优化，提升分析效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、扎实的统计学知识，熟练掌握SQL，Python/R，可视化等常用工具；了解机器学习、推荐算法原理者优先； 3、优秀的思维逻辑，善于分析问题和解决问题，良好的沟通协作能力，对于挑战充满热情； 4、良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和主动意识。
