日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深度参与Agent平台的日常使用与体验优化，围绕新用户上手、功能使用等场景，主动发现操作流程、交互设计、信息提示和使用引导中的问题，降低用户使用门槛； 2、将体验问题整理为清晰的问题清单，记录使用场景、用户影响及优化建议，协助判断优先级并持续跟进； 3、在产品负责人和研发指导下，与团队研发Bot协作，细化体验优化方案及修改建议，协助推进敏捷迭代； 4、围绕实际业务场景，使用Codex、Claude Code等AI编程工具独立开发和迭代Agent，完成提示词设计、工具及API接入、任务流程编排、调试与效果验证，产出可运行的Agent应用，并在开发和使用过程中发现平台能力与体验的优化点； 5、整理典型使用案例、用户反馈和必要的操作指引，为平台用户使用提供支持，并持续优化产品文档。

1、本科及以上学历在读，人工智能、计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、对AI产品和Agent应用有兴趣，了解大模型、提示词、工具调用、工作流等基础概念，有相关产品或工具的实际使用经验；熟悉并高频使用Codex、Claude Code等AI编程工具，具备Vibe coding实践经验，能够借助AI独立完成Agent应用或其他小型项目的开发，包括需求拆解、功能实现、问题调试和效果验证；具备基础编程能力，能够理解关键代码逻辑、检查AI生成的结果，并通过测试和迭代解决问题；具备用户视角和细节意识，能够清楚描述问题、分析使用障碍并提出具体建议，愿意持续体验、反复验证并跟进优化结果； 3、每周可出勤4天，能够连续实习3个月，可长期实习者优先； 4、具备良好的学习能力、沟通表达能力和责任心，能够主动发现问题并推动解决；其他专业有AI产品实践或相关项目经验者同样欢迎；有产品设计、用户研究、交互设计或软件测试经验者优先；有可展示的Agent应用、网站、小工具或其他个人项目者优先，欢迎附作品链接或演示，并说明使用的AI工具、个人完成的部分及解决的主要问题。
