1、负责资金中心Agent平台的架构设计和模块建设，支撑资金场景中的自助查询、自动化处理、差异分析、合规校验和问题诊断； 2、设计并落地Agent Runtime、工具调用框架、任务规划引擎、状态管理、异常处理、失败重试、人工确认和工具接入规范； 3、以高频、价值明确、效果可评测的资金场景牵引AI能力建设，围绕资金业务流程打造Agent产品，持续优化业务指标，验证业务效率与质量收益，沉淀可复用的资金领域能力； 4、对接资金中心上下游业务系统，支持Agent安全访问业务数据、执行查询任务和触发自动化流程，并沉淀任务模板、规则库、评测用例和处理流程； 5、建设Agent观测、评测、灰度发布、限流降级、故障兜底和链路审计机制，保障Agent在资金链路中稳定运行。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，3年以上后端、平台或大模型应用开发经验； 2、精通Go/Java/Python/Rust至少一门语言，具备复杂业务系统的架构设计、性能优化和线上问题排查经验，熟悉后端基础设施，包括数据库、缓存、消息队列、任务调度、RPC、服务治理、可观测系统中的多项技术； 3、熟悉AI应用开发，掌握Prompt、Function Calling、RAG、工具调用和效果评测，有Agent系统落地经验，理解任务规划、工具调度、状态流转、上下文管理、异常恢复和执行边界控制； 4、具备平台型系统设计能力，能抽象通用能力，设计清晰的模块边界、接口契约和扩展机制，具备安全与合规意识，熟悉权限控制、审计留痕、数据脱敏、敏感操作确认、数据一致性和容灾降级相关设计； 5、能理解复杂业务流程，并将业务规则转化为可执行、可评测、可追溯的系统能力； 6、具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能与业务、产品、算法、数据、后端、SRE等角色协作推进项目落地。
