日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责字节跳动系APP营销手段的转化跟踪和归因策略设计，通过平台建设与数据分析，量化评估各类营销手段的推广效果，推动制定科学有效的归因方法论； 2、深入洞察营销运营团队需求，理解营销目标、考核机制和现有归因体系，通过迭代归因平台或归因策略，提升营销归因效率，提升归因准确度和合理性，实现营销手段的价值提升和用户增长； 3、负责归因平台产品的项目管理，推动设计、技术、测试等相关团队及合作部门紧密合作，按时完成产品研发、高质量上线和运营推广，完成产品目标； 4、统计和分析营销手段的转化归因构成、用户流转及各项核心数据指标，为营销方法改进、归因策略制定提供数据支持，并针对性的提出策略优化上的建议； 5、熟悉归因体系、DeepLink调起链接、埋点体系者优先。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、数学相关专业优先； 2、熟悉互联网广告、营销策略、数据归因模型者优先，有归因度量/计算广告/投放策略/激励营销相关实习或工作经验者加分； 3、目标导向，具备优秀的逻辑思维能力、具备一定数据分析技能，能通过数据发现问题并提出解决方案； 4、拥有敏锐的需求洞察力，对产品建设充满热情，主动自驱，责任心强，具备快速学习和适应能力，能够积极面对挑战； 5、具备出色的沟通协调能力、执行推进能力，能结合各方资源有效地组织和推进项目按期落地。
