日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、基于Seedance模型及内部测试版本，独立或主导创作剧情短片、概念片、预告片、MV、动画影像等AIGC视频作品，完成创意策划、脚本、导演阐述、分镜、生成制作、剪辑、声音、包装到成片交付的完整链路； 2、面向短视频与社媒平台设计内容表达，将AI影像的技术亮点与观众熟悉的内容类型、清晰的故事逻辑和情感共鸣点结合，通过开场设计、叙事节奏、BGM、剧情反转或爽点提升内容传播效率，并结合完播率、点赞率、评论率、转发率等数据持续迭代优化； 3、从导演视角评估模型生成结果，围绕人物表演、镜头调度、空间连续性、多角色一致性、动作衔接、叙事节奏和风格稳定性开展创作压力测试，形成结构化、可验证的改进建议； 4、将创作痛点转化为模型训练、数据建设和产品能力需求，参与高质量影视数据的策划与评估，定义镜头语言、人物调度、表演层次、场面组织和视听风格等质量标准； 5、与编剧、剪辑、制片、算法及产品团队协作，搭建适用于专业叙事和短片传播的AIGC工作流，持续优化剧本拆解、视觉开发、Prompt设计、角色资产、镜头生成、声音及后期衔接流程； 6、持续关注全球AIGC影像、电影节作品和新型内容形态，沉淀Seedance导演场景的案例库、创作方法和最佳实践，提升团队作品质量与生产效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，影视导演、电影制作、动画、摄影、数字媒体艺术等相关专业优先； 2、不限毕业年份，导演基本功扎实，具备剧情短片、电影、剧集、MV、动画、实验影像或社媒短片的导演及制作经验，有成熟个人代表作；能够清楚说明作品的目标受众、创意假设、本人负责范围、制作过程及最终效果； 3、具备从0到1独立完成短片的能力，能够承担策划、脚本、分镜、生成制作、剪辑和包装中的主要工作；熟悉Seedance、Runway、Luma、Pika、即梦、可灵、ComfyUI等主流AIGC视频和图像工具； 4、具备鲜明、稳定且符合当下内容语境的审美判断，能根据不同题材建立统一的视觉规则，并在多镜头创作中保持人物、空间、光影、表演和情绪的一致性； 5、理解社媒内容的传播逻辑，对开场吸引力、信息密度、节奏控制、情绪反馈和分享动机有判断，愿意用完播率、互动率等内容数据检验并修正创作判断； 6、对大模型、生成式视频、Diffusion、Transformer、RL及数据训练保持强烈好奇心，能把“画面不对”“表演不成立”等判断拆解为具体问题和测试标准；具备良好的项目推进与跨团队沟通能力，能在创作标准、技术边界和交付节奏之间做出清晰判断。

加分项 1、作品曾入围或获得FIRST青年电影展、平遥国际电影展、金鸡电影节、上海国际电影节等国内外主流影视节展奖项； 2、有自然流量表现突出的短片案例，能够说明内容策略、平台反馈和复盘结论； 3、有AI原生短片、虚拟制作、动画导演、视效导演或游戏过场动画创作经验。
