1、负责知识助手相关产品的调研与用户需求分析，重点关注国际AI SaaS场景； 2、协助将产品能力转化为对外可理解的产品价值表达，包括但不限于：国际使用场景（使用案例）/网站SEO内容建设/产品文档与Demo说明； 3、参与产品Oncall体系与国际用户反馈群机制建设，协助整理用户问题、沉淀FAQ与产品文档，推动产品持续迭代； 4、参与产品评测与体验验证，对比产品在检索效果、回答质量、使用体验等维度的差异，输出分析与改进建议。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、交互设计、数字媒体艺术等相关专业优先； 2、了解向量库、知识库、RAG、大模型应用的基础概念； 3、喜爱体验各类国际AI产品，并对个人知识管理类产品有很多实践经验优先； 4、长期使用国际社交媒体产品，有运营Discord、YouTube、Reddit、TikTok等产品经验的优先； 5、具备良好的逻辑思维与结构化表达能力，能够参与产品规划、需求分析、市场调研、产品设计或效果评估等工作； 6、英语听说读写能力优秀，能够无障碍阅读英文技术文档、Paper及国际商业报告，有国际留学或交换经历者加分。
